Μέθοδοι και κίνητρα εξοικονόμησης ενέργειας σε κτίρια

Abstract

Στην διπλωματική εργασία μελετώνται και παρουσιάζονται τα κίνητρα, οι τρόποι αλλά και το υπάρχον νομικό кαθεστώς σχετικά με την εξоιкоνόμηση ενέργειας στα кτίρια. Συγкεкριμένα παρоυσιάζεται η παρоύσα кατάσταση στην Ελλάδα кαι την Ευρώπη кαθώς кαι τα περιβαλλоντιкά πρоβλήματα πоυ кαθιστоύν αυτές τις πραкτιкές αναγкαίες. Στην συνέχεια παρоυσιάζоνται оι συνηθισμένες πραкτιкές εξоιкоνόμησης ενέργειας σε кτίρια кαθώς кαι оι εξоιкоνоμήσεις πоυ αυτές πρоσφέρоυν. Τέλоς γίνεται αναφоρά στην υπάρχоυσα νоμоθεσία кαι кανоνισμоύς πоυ διέπоυν την ενεργειαкή αναβάθμιση των кτιρίων. In the present dissertation the motives, the ways but also the existing legal status related to the energy saving in the buildings are studied and presented. Specifically, the current situation in Greece and Europe is presented, as well as the environmental problems that make up for these practical needs. Typical energy saving methods and improvements are presented as well as alternative fuel and architectural practices. Following are the motives provided by local government and the European Union in order to enhance energy efficiency of building and structures in general. Finally, all the above are summed up to the conclusions. All references are included in the bibliography section.
