| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία μελετά το ζήτημα της ιχνηλάτησης άσκησης μέσα από τις τεχνολογίες και τις εφαρμογές που αξιοποιούνται για την υλοποίηση της διαδικασίας ιχνηλάτησης. Οι ανιχνευτές άσκησης διαρκώς πληθύνονται και δίνουν τη δυνατότητα στους χρήστες να ελέγχουν τη δραστηριότητά τους και να υιοθετούν έναν περισσότερο υγιεινό τρόπο ζωής. Έχουν αναπτυχθεί πλέον αρκετές φορητές συσκευές για την ιχνηλάτηση της άσκησης. Στην εργασία αυτή στόχος είναι να αναλυθεί το ζήτημα συνολικά, καθώς επίσης και να αναπτυχθεί μια εφαρμογή για την διαδικασία ιχνηλάτησης. Η εφαρμογή καταγράφει τη δραστηριότητα του ανθρώπου και με τον τρόπο αυτό συμβάλλει στη διαδικασία της ιχνηλάτησης. Για τους σκοπούς της εργασίας περιγράφεται και αναλύεται συνολικά η δομή της εφαρμογής (Register Activity, Home Activity, Profile Settings Activity, Stepper Activity, Show Data), ενώ επίσης παρουσιάζεται αναλυτικά η βάση δεδομένων της εφαρμογής. This thesis studies the issue of exercise tracking through the technologies and applications used to implement the tracking process. An increasing number of wearable activity trackers provide an opportunity for self-monitoring and the possibility of changing personal behaviour towards a healthier lifestyle. Several wearable devices for exercise tracking have now been developed. In this paper, the aim is to analyse the issue as a whole, as well as to develop an application for the tracking process. The application records the human activity and thus contributes to the tracking process. For the purpose of this paper the structure of the application (Register Activity, Home Activity, Profile Settings Activity, Stepper Activity, Show Data) is described and analysed in total, and the database of the application is also presented in detail. | en_US |
