| dc.description.abstract | The study of burnout is one of the areas of research that is more often dealt with. However, although there is a very large number of surveys, most are related to the health area and fewer with this education. The aim of the present study was to (a) examine the exhaustion of primary school teachers in Greece and (b) examine the burnout of these in terms of gender. The sample consisted of 165 teachers from the city of Larissa. For the measurement,used Maslach 's Occupational Explosion Questionnaire ( Maslach Burnout Inventory - MBI . Maslach & Jackson , 1986 ).
