| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία πραγματεύεται ένα μέρος του ρωσοουκρανικού πολέμου που λαμβάνει χώρα στα εδάφη της Ουκρανίας εδώ και πάνω από έξι μήνες. Θα προσπαθήσω να διαλευκάνω τους παράγοντες που παίζουν σημαντικό ρόλο στην εξέλιξη του πολέμου, επιμένοντας στη χρήση της επικοινωνιακής πολιτικής που χρησιμοποιούν οι αρχηγοί των δύο αντιπαρατιθέμενων δυνάμεων δυνάμεων του πολέμου, της Ρωσίας με τον Πούτιν και της Ουκρανίας με τον Ζελένσκι. Στην ανάπτυξη της επικοινωνιακής πολιτικής κάθε χώρας θα γίνει προσπάθεια να καταδειχθεί και ο ρόλος που παίζουν οι υπόλοιπες δυνάμεις σε παγκόσμιο επίπεδο, φλερτάροντας πότε με τη μια μεριά και πότε με την άλλη, ανάλογα με τα συμφέροντα που εξυπηρετεί η τακτική κάθε κράτους. Στο τέλος γίνεται διερεύνηση των συνεπειών που έχει προκαλέσει ο πόλεμος, ενώ παράλληλα επιχειρείται μια πρόβλεψη για το τι μέλει γενέσθαι τους επόμενους μήνες όσον αφορά τα ενεργειακά προβλήματα και τον πληθωρισμό, προβλήματα που θα επηρεάσουν τις εθνικές οικονομίες μερικώς αλλά και την παγκόσμια οικονομία συνολικά. This paper deals with a part of the Russo-Ukrainian war that has been taking place on the territory of Ukraine for more than six months. I will try to clarify the factors that play an important role in the development of the war, insisting on the use of the communication policy used by the leaders of the two opposing powers of the war, Russia with Putin and Ukraine with Zelensky. In the development of the communication policy of each country, an attempt will be made to demonstrate the role played by the other powers at the global level, flirting sometimes with one side and sometimes with the other, depending on the interests served by the tactics of each state. At the end, the consequences that the war has caused are investigated, while at the same time a prediction is attempted for what will happen in the coming months in terms of energy problems and inflation, problems that will affect national economies in part but also the world economy as a whole. | en_US |
