| dc.description.abstract | Στην παρούσα διατριβή αξιολογούνται επτά ποιοτικά και μορφολογικά χαρακτηριστικά τριών ποικιλιών πιπεριάς (τύπου Φλωρίνης) και συγκεκριμένα οι ποικιλίες Corno di toro rosso, Slonovo uvo και Moravska kapija. Το πειραματικό μέρος της μελέτης αυτής έλαβε χώρα στην Καρυδιά Εδέσσης, όπου έγινε η εγκατάσταση του πειράματος. Τα χαρακτηριστικά που μελετήθηκαν ήταν το μήκος, το πλάτος, η περίμετρος του καρπού και το μήκος ποδίσκου ενώ με την βοήθεια μιας ζυγαριάς ακριβείας, μετρήθηκε το βάρος. Επίσης από την αρχή της έναρξης της συγκομιδής μέχρι και το τέλος, συγκομίστηκαν όλοι οι καρποί και μετρήθηκε η συνολική απόδοση σε βάρος και ο αριθμός καρπών του κάθε πειραματικού τεμαχίου. Τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας έδειξαν ότι η ποικιλία Slonovo uvo ξεχώρισε από τις υπόλοιπες δύο, καθώς σε αρκετά χαρακτηριστικά κατατάχθηκε πρώτη. Παράλληλα, η στατιστική ανάλυση που ακολούθησε δεν έδειξε καμία στατιστικά σημαντική διαφορά μεταξύ των τριών ποικιλιών.
In this thesis, seven qualitative and morphological characteristics of three pepper varieties (Florin type) namely the varieties Corno di toro rosso, Slonovo uvo and Moravska kapija, are evaluated. The experimental part of this study took place in Karydia Edessis, where the installation took place. Τhe characteristics studied are the length, the width, and the perimeter of the fruit and length of the stem while with the help of a precision scale, the weight of fruits was measured. Also during the harvest period, all the fruits were harvested and the total yield and the number of fruits of each experimental plot were measured. The results of the research showed that the Slonovo uvo variety differentiated from the other two, as it ranked first in several characteristics. At the same time, the statistical analysis showed no statistically significant differences between the three varieties. | en_US |
