| dc.description.abstract | Σε έρευνα δείγματος 20 μόνιμων εκπαιδευτικών Δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης, κατά το έτος 2017, επιχειρήθηκε να διερευνηθεί η εννοιολογική εικόνα των ερωτηθέντων, σε σχέση με την έννοια του άγχους, της εξουθένωσης και της επαγγελματικής εξουθένωσης των εκπαιδευτικών, η σχέση που συνδέει το άγχος με την επαγγελματική εξουθένωση και ποιό από τα δύο, έπεται ή προηγείται του άλλου. Επίσης εξετάστηκαν οι συνέπειες της εξουθένωσης στους εκπαιδευτικούς, η επισήμανση των παραγόντων που επηρεάζουν τα αισθήματα εξουθένωσης με την ταυτόχρονη ταξινόμησή τους κατά φθίνουσα σειρά σημαντικότητας. Διερευνήθηκαν ακόμη, τα επίπεδα που η οικονομική κρίση προκαλεί επιπλέον δυσκολίες σε βαθμό που να επηρεάζει άμεσα ή έμμεσα την εξουθένωση, και ενδιαφερθήκαμε για τις συσχετίσεις των συνεπειών της κρίσης με τον ρόλο που διαδραμάτισε η πολιτεία, όπως και την προσπάθεια κατάταξης των συνεπειών της κρίσης, από τον σημαντικότερο προς τον λιγότερο σημαντικό. Τέλος προσπαθήσαμε να συλλέξουμε μεθόδους και τρόπους που θα μπορούσαν να βοηθήσουν στην μείωση, ίσως την πρόληψη ή και την εξάλειψη αυτού του αρνητικού φαινομένου στους εκπαιδευτικούς.
Ως ερευνητικά εργαλεία χρησιμοποιήσαμε τις προσωπικές συνεντεύξεις ημιδομημένης μορφής για λόγους ευελιξίας και αμεσότητας και διότι συμβάλουν εις την εις βάθος συλλογή πληροφοριών, απόψεων και στάσεων των συνεντευξιαζόμενων.
Από την επεξεργασία των αποτελεσμάτων προέκυψε άμεση συσχέτιση οικονομικής κρίσης και εξουθένωσης, αλλά και ταυτόχρονη επίδραση πάνω σε εκπαιδευτικούς και μαθητές, όπως και η ανάγκη αναγνώρισης και σεβασμού προς τον ρόλο, το κύρος και το έργο του εκπαιδευτικού, ο οποίος αισθάνεται ηθική και κοινωνική απαξίωση.
Abstract
In a study carried out in a sample of 20 permanent secondary school teachers in the year 2017, it was attempted to explore the conceptual image of the respondents in relation to the notion of anxiety, burnout, and burnout among teachers, the relationship that links anxiety with the burnout and which of the two follows or precedes the other. Also, the consequences of burnout on teachers were examined, the identification of the factors that influence the feelings of burnout with their simultaneous classification in descending order of significance. We investigated the levels that the economic crisis causes additional difficulties to a degree that directly or indirectly affect the extinction and we were interested in the correlations of the consequences of the crisis with the role played by the state and the attempt to rank the consequences of the crisis from the most important to the least important. Finally, we tried to collect methods and ways that could help reduce, perhaps prevent or even eliminate the phenomenon of teachers burnout.
As a research tool, we used personal interviews of a semi-structured form for reasons of flexibility and immediacy and because it contributes to in-depth gathering of information, views and attitudes of the interviewees.
From the processing of the results, a direct correlation of economic crisis and burnout occurred, but also a simultaneous impact on teachers and students, as well as the need for recognition and respect for the role, prestige and work of the educational, who feels moral and social depreciation. | en_US |
