Η καλλιέργεια της μηλιάς στην ευρύτερη περιοχή της Άρνισσας

Abstract

Στην παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία πραγματοποιείται λεπτομερής ανάλυση για την καλλιέργεια της μηλιάς. Συγκεκριμένα, στόχος ήταν να εξεταστούν οι ποικιλίες μήλων που επιλέγονται για φύτευση καθώς και τα κλωνικά υποκείμενα. Επίσης, ελέγχθηκαν οι μέθοδοι φύτευσης και οι τεχνικές διαμόρφωσης της κόμης που χρησιμοποιούνται. Κατά την διάρκεια της έρευνας, μελετήθηκαν ζητήματα σχετικά με την ποσότητα και τη συχνότητα άρδευσης του οπωρώνα για την αποτελεσματική αύξηση του μεγέθους του καρπού κατά την συγκομιδή. Επιπλέον, αναλύθηκε εάν οι καρποί διατίθενται για νωπή κατανάλωση και βιομηχανική χρήση, ενώ δόθηκε έμφαση στο ερώτημα που αφορούσε την πρόληψη και τη διαχείριση της μυκητολογικής ασθένειας της φυτόφθορας. Από τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας δεν παρατηρήθηκαν σημαντικές διαφορές, εκτός από τα προβλήματα που εντοπίστηκαν στο αγροτεμάχιο από την φυτόφθορα. To this thesis, it is carried out a detailed analysis of the cultivation of apple trees. More specifically, the target was to examine both the varieties of apples which are chosen for plantation and the clonic subjects. Moreover, the methods of plantation aw well the techniques of pruning that are used, were inspected. During this research, we examined issues concerning the quantity as well as the frequency of the irrigation of the orchard for the effective increase of the fruit during the crop. Additionally, it was analysed whether the fruits are provided for fresh consumption or industrial use, whereas it was also given emphasis on the issue of the prevention and the handling of the disease of phytophthora. From the results of the research, there were not observed significant differences, except for the problems which were detected to the parcel due to phytophthora.
