| dc.description.abstract | Η έρευνα εξετάζει τις αντιλήψεις διευθυντών και διευθυντριών σχολείων του
νομού Ηρακλείου σχετικά με τις Εθνικές Εξετάσεις Διαγνωστικού Χαρακτήρα,
αναλύοντας τον ρόλο των διεθνών διαγωνισμών PISA και TIMSS στις εκπαιδευτικές
πολιτικές. Μέσω ποιοτικής μεθοδολογίας και ειδικότερα θεματικής ανάλυσης,
αναδείχθηκαν οι επιπτώσεις των εξετάσεων στις στρατηγικές και πρακτικές των
σχολείων, ενώ υπογραμμίστηκε η ανισότητα λόγω κοινωνικοοικονομικών διαφορών.
Τα ευρήματα προτείνουν υποστήριξη με πόρους για σχολεία σε μειονεκτικές περιοχές
και προσαρμογή πολιτικών στις τοπικές ανάγκες. Παρά τη χρησιμότητα των
εξετάσεων, αναδείχθηκαν περιορισμοί στη γενίκευση των αποτελεσμάτων και
προκλήσεις που χρήζουν βελτίωσης, όπως οι υποδομές και η ισότητα ευκαιριών.______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________-The dissertation, examines the perceptions of school principals in the prefecture of
Heraklion regarding the National Diagnostic Examinations, analyzing the role of the
international competitions PISA and TIMSS in educational policies. Through
qualitative methodology and in particular thematic analysis, the effects of the
examinations on the strategies and practices of schools were highlighted, while
inequality due to socio-economic differences was highlighted. The findings suggest
support with resources for schools in disadvantaged areas and adaptation of policies to
local needs. Despite the usefulness of the examinations, limitations in the
generalization of the results and challenges that need improvement, such as
infrastructure and equal opportunities, were highlighted. | en_US |
